1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be in original condition

  • Include original packaging (if applicable)

  • Be returned within the eligible return period

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Return Timeframe

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is reviewed and approved:

  1. We will provide return instructions

  2. Returned items will be inspected upon arrival

  3. Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but typically take:

  • 5–10 business days after approval

You will receive a confirmation once your refund has been issued.


4. Exchange Options

We currently offer exchanges for:

  • Damaged products

  • Incorrect items received

  • Size issues (if eligible)

If you would like an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange availability may depend on stock and product availability.


 

 

7. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The wrong product was sent

  • The item has a manufacturing defect

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.


8. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After production or shipping begins, orders can no longer be canceled.


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider or bank

  3. Allow processing time for your payment provider
